We want to determine which set has numbers that are MOST DISPERSED.
In most cases, we can simply "eyeball" the values to answer the question.
In this case, the values in {30, 60, 90, 120} are more dispersed that the values in {60, 70, 80, 90}
In other words, the standard deviation of the numbers in Set 2 is GREATER THAN the standard deviation of the numbers in Set 3
Answer: A

The explanation to the answer above is correct but the option chosen is incorrect. Option A is correct while Option B is chosen
