However, in your explanation, you used "Prevailing lymphocytes...". Is there a mistake in the original question or have you, by chance, misquoted the statement in your explanation? Also, if the word is, in fact, "preventing" and not "prevailing", then wouldn't that make statement 4 true?

No. Statement 4 is still incorrect as it is saying the opposite of what the passage tells us. The passage tells us that systemic unresponsiveness happens BECAUSE the lymphocytes are concentrated at the liver.

While statement 4 is essentially saying that systemic unresponsiveness is still observed DESPITE the lymphocytes not being concentrated at the liver.

Statement 4 is a direct contradiction to the passage, therefore it is wrong.

Qn. 4 Answer I explained
Author's Hypothesis is that donor liver has defence mechanism stronger than immune response of recipient and that is why , the liver is not rejected.
Stomach doesn't have any defence mechanism on its own. But still it is not rejected.
So if stomach is not rejected, then this weakens the hypothesis of author that defence mechanism of liver is the reason for non-rejection.
