Here,
Let's take the total students = \(48\) (since it is divisible by both 12 and 4)
\(\frac{5}{12}\) of all the students are girls = \(\frac{5}{12} * 48 = 20\) girls
\(\frac{1}{4}\) of all the students are girls take Spanish =\(\frac{1}{4}* 48 = 12\) girls take Spanish
Therefore,
fraction of the girls take Spanish = \(\frac{12}{20} = \frac{3}{5}\)

Girl students who speak Spanish - 1/4
Fraction of GIRLS who speak Spanish = Girl students who speak Spanish/Girl students -> 1/4:5/12 -> 1/4*12/5 ->3/5
