You need just to look at the graph.
F(0) is at x=0 => y=1
And you need to look at all possible options and check them:
f(-4) = -3 - ok
f(-3) or f(-2) or f(-1) > 1 - not ok
f(1) = 0 - ok
f(2) = -1 - ok
f(3) = around 0.5 - ok
f(4) = 2 > 1 - not ok
