Since x=-2 us a root then we can plug -2 in the equation
-2^2+5(-2)-c=0
Then c =-6
Re writing the equation we have 2x^2+5x+6

Factorising it we have x=-2,-3
Then QTY B is greater

from the equation
sum of roots will be =-5
product of roots=-c

given one root -2 the other root will be = -5-(-2)=-3
product of roots will be =6=-c

so c will be -6(quant A) < 6(quant B)

answer B will be correct
