O is the center of the circle, OQ = OP = radius of the circle, hence <OQP = <QPO=60 degrees
Therefore, △POQ is equilateral
op+oq+pq = 10
radius = 10/3
tip:use fractions in the problems
circumference= 2*pi*r
= 2*(22/7)*(10/3)
=20.95

from the given figure we can say that OP=OQ (since both are equal to radius of circle)

As angle O=60 remaining angles of triangle must also be equal to 60 and ▲OPQ is equilateral triangle

perimeter=10 so each side of triangle equal to =3.3333=Radius of circle

now circumference of circle =2π*3.333=20.95>20(Quantity B)

so option A is correct
