By looking at the Quantity B and to make answer option other than C, the numbers can be -1,0,1,2,3: and voila, the product is 0 and also the second integer.
So the greatest integer is 3
any other number less than 3 does not yield the second integer=the product of the five numbers.
so Option A

The only case this condition will satisfy is when the set of integers are -1, 0, 1, 2, 3.
Because -1 X 0 X 1 X 2 X 3 = 0, which is equal to the second integer in the set.
The greatest of the five integers is 3, which is greater than 2.
Therefore option A is the right answer.
