After cross multiplying x to the left and x-2 to the right we get 4x-x^2 = -3x+6
Bringing everything to the right, we get 0 = x^2 -7x + 6
Simplifying further we get 0 = (x-6)(x-1)
So, x can have 2 values, 1 and 6.
6 is in the options. The answer is 6.

If 6 is substituted for x we get, 4-6/6-2= -3/6
-2/4 = -1/2
-1/2 = -1/2.
Option E is the right answer.
