The medical school was making medical care more accessible. So, it was trying to explain treatment options to patients in a more general language that everyone can understand. So they are limiting using of "Specific language". So my guess here was Jargon/Esoteric.
Luckily, Jargon is on the answer choices. But what can be the other one?
A) Oratory- Related with speaking, nothing to do with Jargon. Eliminate it
B) Succinctness- Short and Precise, still nothing to do with Jargon. Eliminate it
D) Argot- I don't know the meaning. Skip it
E) Solace- Giving comfort. Eliminate it
F) Circumspect- Wary/Cautious. Eliminate it
So, by process of elimination, we can get the answer as C and D
