Remember: Whenever we divide a number with another one (\(\frac{N}{D}\)), where N < D, N becomes the remainder
Let \(x\) be 3 which will leave remainder of 3 when divided by 8
So, \(3^4 = 81\) when divided by 8 will leave remainder of 1
Also, when \(x\) is 11
\(11^4\) will also leave remainder of 1 when divided by 8
Hence, option E
