Let us plug in the value for y to solve the question.
let Y=50,
According to the question x=y%of y, which is x=0.5*50=25
The question wants us to find Y as a percent of x, so, (50/25)*100=200
So when the value of Y is subbed into the options we need it to equal 200, option D is that equation
So the answer is D
