cylinder volume, \(V=πr^2h\)
cylinder surface area/cylinder volume, \(2πrh/πr^2h+2πr^2/πr^2h=2/r+2/h\), which is equal to \(2/r+2/r\) or \(2/h+2/h\). Both cases are useful translations for the correct answer selection.

\(2/2+2/2=2\)
