Given two sides, 7 and 11 so the third side should be > 11-7 and < 11+7.
which among the options are 6,9.
So probability = 2/6 = 1/3.
Answer is B)

For side lengths of a possible triangle, a given side must be greater than the difference of the other two sides and less than the sum of the other two sides.
This means that X's value is (11 - 7) < X < (11 + 7) => 4 < X < 18
Only two elements within the set satisfies this 6 and 9 (remember than it's less/greater than not equal than so 18 doesn't count)
p = 2/6 = 1/3 for answer choice B
