We can make use of the arithmetic series formula to calculate the 100th term.
\(a_n=a_1+(n-1)d\)
\(a_1=1\)
\(n=100\)
\(d=3\)
\(a_{100}=1+(100-1)3\)
\(a_{100}=298\)
Hence, the answer is B.
