But by GRE rules for QC questions, we cannot assume anything, even the nonstated. It's like those question where you have a circle, and a point that seems to be the center, but there is no caption that says that such point is the center, but that doesn't mean you can safely assume the point is indeed the center. I think this kind of trick is not that valid. Even at the beginning of the Quant section you have the rules.
