Papa’s Pizza offers any of up to 2 different toppings on their pizzas.
Papa’s has 8 total toppings from which to choose.
so basically papas pizza have to choose 2 toppings out of 8 order doesn't matter so 8C2 would you give possible combinations which is 28
so Quantity A is greater

I think that it would be 28 + 8, because 8C2 is the number of two ingredients that could be selected out of 8. Nonetheless, if my english is not failing, people could pick out one ingredient, indicating that there are 8 possibilities more
