No the question is incomplete in te stem. reading like this does not make any sense because the fractions did not show up. I do not know why. It is NOt the first time that this happens

which is 31.25%

Max = 300
Duke = 100

Duke profit = 300/4 = 75
Max Profit = 75*2/3 = 50

Profit percentage = 125/400 = 31.25 %
