Quantity A:
\(0.001^{-1} + 0.999^{-1} = \frac{1}{0.001}+\frac{1}{0.999} = 1000 + 1.001 = 1001.001\)
Quantity B:
\(0.002^{-1} + 0.998^{-1} = \frac{1}{0.002}+\frac{1}{0.998} = 500 + 1.002 = 501.002\)
\(0.001^{-1} + 0.999^{-1} = \frac{1}{0.001}+\frac{1}{0.999} = 1000 + 1.001 = 1001.001\)
Quantity B:
