In this case, for the problem at stake, you need only the second chart or table.

However for the first one, it is not that difficult just follow the arrows.

So suppose that for the Indian market you want to know the sales of company S just look at the area enclosed by the red borders (I did)

We have the sales between 20 and 40 % (the arrows point towards India on the left side of the triangle.

S is just in the middle therefore for company S the sales are 30%
