It is not an OG question for sure. In my opinion it seems more a GMAT question than a GRE question.

@Carcass, in Que 3, option B brings in the information that is not supported by the text. Telephone workers work near the currents that emits electromagnetic radiation is the assumption that causes cancer. If we can prove that there are other sources of electromagnetic radiation, it will weaken the argument. Which is option E doing, that in the workers home, they have electrical appliances which is also emitting electromagnetic radiation. So we cannot conclude that strong electric field in their work area is the only possible source of electromagnetic radiation.

But this is a weaken question NOT a strengthening one.

Hope this helps

Sorry, my bad, but still option B is not convincing.

It depends whether you do have some logic behind to reject option B or you have an unclear idea of a weaken kind of question.

For 3rd qs i will go with option B. Since its the only option which gives cause of cancer in telephone line workers other than electromagnetic radiation which inturn leads to weakening of argument.

Qs 4 i shall go with option D
Option E is clearly OOS.
