540 = 2^2 x 3^3 x 5^1
Total divisors = (2+1)(3+1)(1+1) = 24
For odd divisors we have to look at powers of odd numbers so
Number of odd divisors = (3+1)(1+1) = 8
Total divisors = (2+1)(3+1)(1+1) = 24
