Ans1. No need to calculate simply looking at the graph gives us our ans. The lowest difference between white bar and grey bar is the ans. For understanding grey bar should be as close to white bar or more to get the lowest ratio of male(white bar) to female(grey bar). As we are dividing male by female. Only option D pediatrics come close.
Ans 2. Estimate the number of general surgery physicians by looking at the graph. Male = 35,000; female = 2000; total = 37000
calculate 3.5% * 37000 = 1295. This is the total number of females under 35 yrs category
Total number of general surgery physicians under 35 category = 30% * 37000 = 11100
If total number of females in the 35 under category = \(1295\) than total males in this category is:
\(11100-1295 = 9805\). Option B is the closest
Ans 3. From the graph white bar for general practice is approximately at 23000
Grey bar is approximately at 2000 so total would be 25000
male ratio to total would be \(\frac{23000}{25000}* 100 = 92%\)
approximately E is the closest

This seems like a ridiculously difficult question to be honest. Maybe not difficult but would be very time consuming for someone as slow as me.
