The second sentence lists the advantages of Tunbridge and the conclusion that we may reach is that Saddlebrook is not the best. However, nothing can we say about whether Tunbridge is the best.

The second sentence serves as an counterpoint to the premise in the first.
Thus the conclusion will undermine the premise i.e. Saddlebrook is the best value..Thus C

We do not know what is stated in B, from the information in the passage
