Wrong. Not A. These planetissimals are NOT proto-planets. It's the early forming Earth, and early forming Mars, that are the proto-planets. AND, Pluto is no longer even considered a planet, perhaps for all sorts of reasons, one of which may be its rather small size. If that's the case, then, even though Pluto is not free floating or itinerant (but is in orbit around our Sun), one could claim that a Pluto-sized planetissimal might have existed. But, it's NOT a proto-planet.
