I do not , literally, why your question is about loud or noise or ..........I do not know. Maybe because you read the explanation above ?

I do not see any loud or else in the sentence.

I see only that the meaning is : I am among the people or in the crowd. I say something to disagree, or that is not nice to say...whatever it is. Implied is that this could NOT be loud or else. I do not know why you are among the crowd and you should yell...........anyway.

However, when Someone - the orator perhaps - spots me, I do not stand out, reaffirming what I just said, but I try to hide among the other people. Therefore I am spineless or coward

That's it

The correct answers are cravenness and spinelessness.

Breakdown of the Blank
The sentence describes a heckler who "hides amongst the amorphous crowd" and "goes scuttling off, head down" as soon as he is identified. The word in the blank must describe this behavior.
- Cravenness: This means a lack of courage or a cowardly disposition. The heckler's actionshiding and running away-are the very definition of cowardice.
- Spinelessness: This means a lack of courage or determination. This is a perfect synonym for "cravenness" and also describes the heckler's behavior.

The other options are incorrect because they describe different traits:
- Stealthiness: This means moving in a careful and secretive way, which doesn't capture the cowardly aspect of the heckler's actions.
- Outspokenness: This is the opposite of the heckler's behavior, which is to be outspoken only from a place of anonymity.
- Shyness: While the heckler might be shy, the description of "scuttling off" and "grumbling" points more to a lack of courage than to mere shyness.
- Aloofness: This means being distant or reserved, which is not what the heckler is doing.
