The practice is what you need. I got a “Cambridge preparation for TOEFL test” with 7 tests in CD Rom. I would say not everyone starts with a GRE, I started with TOEFL first. It is a basic English test that evaluates how good you are in English (Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing). All the sections need practice. Just read 1 comprehension every day, listen to a conversation (make short notes of important points), speak on a topic from the exhaustive list in the book. Many people ignore writing since its time taking to sit and write an essay on a given random topic. I would recommend practicing them too. I just practiced from the book and wrote TOEFL. I got 112/120.All the best for your exam. And yes please take your passport/ documents to the test center.
