The blank one is a positive word as it is mentioned that captivated patrons were unperturbed by the restaurant’s sluggish service. Finesse is the most positive word. The second part of the sentence is actually parallel to the first part, the waitstaff stopped to say something positive abut the young musician’s skills, hence extol.
