Far too (i) ________ to consider a career in the political limelight, [#permalink]
Expert Reply
the unassuming aide contented herself with a career behind the scenes

Quietly: This fits well with the idea of someone working "behind the scenes" and supporting others without drawing attention to themselves.

Implicitly: Means in a way that is not directly expressed; tacitly. While one might implicitly support someone, "quietly" better describes the manner of their behind-the-scenes work.

I don't know how possible you could support somebody "quietly".

But anyways.

I came across many "implicit support" examples but not a single "quiet support" thing.
