that's why the GRE is tricky and the question s in this new challenge where I explain a tough sentence.

Apparently what you say is true but not all along

A means scattered; lacking denseness.

B means inadequacy

C instead means we have a few not so many. which is the intended meaning of the sentence and therefore or blak (i)

Isn't "inadequacy" and "we have a few not so many" mean the same thing?

No you can have millions of tools and they are not useful for your scope or final goal. Therefore, they are inadequate for the factory wher yoy are working for.

It is true what you said to some extent. However, C is a better fit in the context of the sentence
