Are you sure the answer is contempt. Dictionary meaning is lack of respect. But the sentence requires a word that means with respect.

The sentence requires a word synonymous with lack of respect. The first part of the sentence states that, people are usually critical of doctors. However they do not treat their personal doctors the same way.
"Contempt" seems like the best fit.
