If you need a number to repeat you can divide by 9
3/9 = 0.33...
3/90 = 0.033...
9/900 = 0.003...

I think you can convert the rest of the number to fraction

In a decimal number, a bar over one or more consecutive digits means that the pattern of digits under the bar repeats without end. What fraction is equal to \(7.58 \overline{3}\) ?

Give your answer as a fraction

Show: ::
\(\frac{91}{12}\)

Looking at the two given quantities we see that 0.717 repeating is greater than 0.71 repeating.

Well I have an explanation...
7.58333.. = 7+.58+.00333... = 7+.58 +1/300 = 7+ 58/100+ 1/300 = 2275/300= 91/12

How 1/300 Came??
