For one Computer,
CP = 600$
SP = 900$
hence the Profit per piece of computer = 300$
so to cover the operating cost of 5000$, total number of computer to be sold is => 5000/300 = 16.66== 17
therefore Option D.

Given fixed cost 5000$
Buying price 600$
Selling price 900$
So the profit is = (900$-600$)= 300$
To cover the fixed cost they have to sell 5000/300= 16.66 ~ 17
So the answer is D.
