27 of april in the middle of section 4 i got ETS browser got terminated and my proctor connected me to a technician to solve it. after 30 minutes of trying different ways to get me back to the exam it says ``ProctorU cannot unlock the exam``. Furthermore the technician asked me to reschedule the exam and talk to ETS to inform them. ETS told me 7-10 business days today already 20 business days no one did answer me back. whenver i get to talk to support they say your case is handed to appropriate area and we appreciate your patience give it more time.
23 business days and yet still no updates i cannot describe how i am mad and stressed about ETS. i contacted to support chat they told me " Kumaran R.: Thank you. As per our records, your case is still being under review. I would suggest you to make the call to our hotline to clarify directly. " to state my urgency . i called them and kept on hold for 40 mins and every minute it says your average waiting time is above 10 minutes. after that the phone call terminated automatically. and since last week everyday i am trying to get in touch with ETS support chat but after waiting 150+ queue it says our agents are not available right now please try later. Why we have to be a victim for ETS problems! i am sick of this.
