We can solve this question using matching operations
Given:
Quantity A: x² + 2x − 2
Quantity B: x² + 2x − 1
Subtract x² from both quantities to get:
Quantity A: 2x − 2
Quantity B: 2x − 1
Subtract 2x from both quantities to get:
Quantity A: −2
Quantity B: −1
-1 > -2, so the correct answer is B
