we are told that the angle measure of two angles of a triangle are equal hence it could be a 45-45-90 triangle.
In this case we know that angle z will be 90 whereas the angle x + angle y = 90
therefore it is c.
It could also be the case that the two angles are 60-60 and hence z is also 60
therefore qty A could be 60 and qty B could be 120
