If p= 1
then
r=10 and s = 10
If p=0
then
r=3 and s=7
Two conflict answers, so the answer is D
More than this, even if you do not pick numbers the question poses you in front of two variables that could be zero, integers, fractions, positive, negatives.......The answer is D right away in 10 seconds.
