NOTE: the FUNCTION f(x) = 3x + 4 behaves the same as the EQUATION y = 3x + 4
The y = 3x + 4 is conveniently written for us in SLOPE Y-INTERCEPT form (y = mx + b, where m = slope and b = y-intercept)
So, the equation y = 3x + 4 tells us that the line has slope 3 and y-intercept 4
We get:
QUANTITY A: 3
QUANTITY B: 4
Answer: B
