If we take a look at the LCM of 999 and 9999, it is 1109889.
We do not have to perform complex calculations. We need to understand that there will be infinite common multiples of 999 & 9999.
Intersection of multiples of set S and set T is same as multiples which are common between the two sets. As such the correct answer will be option A.
