Some prime numbers: 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, ...
The least prime number greater than 13 = 17
The greatest prime number less than 16 = 13
We get:
QUANTITY A: 17
QUANTITY B: 13
Answer: A
