Let the initial price = a
If the increase (x) was 25%, then x * 0.8 * 1.25 = x
--> We would have arrived at the same amount again. But since x < 25, it implies that the final price of the stock after the increase
must be less than the initial price of the stock before the decrease.

let stock be = 100unit (before decrease)
20% dec. = 80
then inc of x% (x<25) . let x = 24% (to make cal easy)
80 + 24% of 80 = 99.2
