Here,. Let's say she sells 'T' lemonade on Tuesday and 'W' lemonade in Wednesday.
We know from question,
3/2 = W/T or 3T = 2W.
Again she have to sell 80 Greater in Tuesday to match sells in Wednesday.
So, we get W = 80 + T
or, 3/2 T = 80+T
or T = 160.
Here Quantity A= 160.
Quantity B = 2*80( here difference is 80 ). = 160
Hence both quality are equal. The answer is C
We know from question,
