Since I have no idea of what those letters represent in terms of integers I cannot draw any conclusion about the ranges of the two sets.
Indeed, I can't say if they are even ordered as in alphabetical order or if g is the smallest one.

Here are two scenarios that both satisfy the given information.
SCENARIO #1: a = 1, b = 3, c = 5, d = 7, e = 9, f = 11 and g = 13
So, set P = {1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13}
Set Q = {1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11}
We get:
Quantity A: Range of Set P = 13 - 1 = 12
Quantity B: Range of Set Q = 11 - 1 = 10
In this case, quantity A is greater than quantity B
SCENARIO #2: a = 1, b = 3, c = 5, d = 7, e = 9, f = 11 and g = 10
So, set P = {1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11}
Set Q = {1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11}
We get:
