Here,
Plz refer to diag above.
since T and U are on the circle and no definite location are mentioned, we can have different values.
CASE 1: OT is radius, but TU can be diameter or a chord
CASE 2: T can be very near to the centre O, and UO is the radius, here OT is less than TU
As we can't have any definite answer.
