Take 3^-1 common, thus, we get 3^-1(1+3^-1)
on solving this, 1/3(1+1/3). Multiply By 3 to get (1+1/3) and thus, option B becomes 3.
On solving A, we get 4/3 = 1.3, which is less than B, which is 3.
Thus option B should be correct.
