Given the fact that the figure is not drawn to scale, we can't say which angle is greater than the other. In the case in which the parallelogram is actually a rectangle, x and y would be both equal to 90 and equal between them. Otherwise, they may be one greater than the other or vice-versa if we draw them to be acute or obtuse.
