I got the answer wrong but pls verify my solution:
Minor arc QR = 2*Angle P (2*inscribled angle)
100 = 2*Angle P
Angle P = 50
Draw a line segment from R to Q and it forms isosceles triangle.
Angle P + Angle Q + Angle R = 180
50 + 2*Angle Q = 180 (PQ and PR are congruent)
2*Angle Q = 180-50 = 130
Angle Q = 130/2 = 65
Minor arc PR = 2*Angle Q (2*inscribed angle)
= 2*65 = 130
