Quantity A: \(0.\overline{43} = 0.43434343...\)
Quantity B: \( 0.\overline{434} = 0.434434434...\)

If we examine the first four digits to the right of the decimal point, we get:
Quantity A: \(0.4343...\)
Quantity B: \(0.4344...\)

At this point we can see that Quantity B must be greater.

Answer: B
