1.352 * 10^3 = 1352 (move decimal place 3 spaces to the RIGHT)
135,620 * 10^(-3) = 135.620 (move decimal place 3 spaces to the LEFT)

So, we have:
Quantity A: 1352
Quantity B: 135.620

Answer: A
