No need to perform any calculations here.
First notice that each quantity is the average of THREE values.
Also notice that the three values in each quantity have the SAME SUM.
The 26 in Quantity A is 1 greater than the 25 in Quantity B.
And the 54 in Quantity B is 1 greater than the 53 in Quantity A.
And both quantities share the number 125
Since both quantities feature the SAME number of values with the SAME sum, both quantities must be EQUAL.
Answer: C
