Brent, can I solve like this?
\(x^2\) = y/9
x = +- \(\sqrt{y}\)/3
in that case, answer should be D, no?

You're absolutely right, Farina.
However, since we're told x is an integer greater than 0, we can't consider \(x = -\sqrt{y}\)/3
